Decayeux DAD009 Secured by Design Postbox
A high security "Secured by Design" postbox built to police preferred TS009 specification, designed to be surface (wall) mounted or recessed or even mounted on a stan. The DAD009 is manufactured from electro-galvanised steel and then powder coated to a high standard.
The DAD009 is the UK's first Secured By Design Letterbox. Made from electro-galvanised steel. This model is designed to be surface mounted, recessed or freestanding. The patented locking mechanism is activated using a DAD 6 pin security rim lock conforming to EN1303:2005 Grade 4. This letterbox is the first in the UK to achieve Secured By Design certification, after achieving Grade 2 certification from the new TS009:2012 standard. The 60-second attack and manipulation tests were carried out by Exova Warringtonfire.
This Decayeux DAD009 Secured by Design postbox has a large capacity in excess of 40 Litres making it suitable for business or a busy domestic environment. The DAD009 "Secured by Design" postbox is available in grey, black and white, other RAL colours can be ordered on request.
